Qualifications

• 3+ years of Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership in a high-volume restaurant
• Passion for scratch cooking and culinary excellence
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
• Experience managing food cost, inventory, and labor
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
