Der Dutchman Walnut Creek in Walnut Creek, Ohio, is hiring a full-time kitchen manager to lead daily operations, maintain safety standards, control costs, and build a positive team culture in a high-volume kitchen.

You’ll supervise staff, manage inventory, train employees, and work rotating schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays. On-the-job training is provided, and benefits include medical insurance, HSA, and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• Previous kitchen manager experience preferred.
• SafeServ certification preferred.
• Positive, friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Organized with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Able to communicate openly, honestly and professionally.
• Able to operate all areas of the kitchen as needed.
• Capable of quick decisions and problem solving.
• Able to work Saturdays/holidays.
• Lift and/or move 10 to 30 lbs.
