Luna Grill is seeking a Kitchen Manager in California to lead the back-of-house, coach a diverse team, and ensure top quality and safety across all shifts. You will directly manage line cooks, groom talent, and uphold Luna Grill standards in a fast-casual environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or BOH leadership in fast-casual settings.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven ability to manage food safety, costs, and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and mentor BOH team members and new hires on shift.
• Assign tasks, stations, and shifts to keep the kitchen moving efficiently.
• Coach performance with real-time feedback and corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional kitchen culture.
• Oversee line operations and ensure Luna Grill standards are met.
