Casey’s in Dunlap, IL is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train Team Members, and ensure food safety while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work with the Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and drive profitability in prepared foods and beverages.

You’ll oversee inventory, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers starting pay $18.00–$20.70 hourly with quarterly bonuses and growth

• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader and a key member of the store leadership team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Compensation

Starting pay range: $18.00 - $20.70

Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
