Job summary

Frothy Monkey is seeking a Kitchen Manager for our Downtown Nashville location. We are a high-volume kitchen focused on from-scratch cooking and great guest experiences seven days a week.

You will lead a team, manage operations and costs, and partner with the GM on scheduling and labor controls while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Kitchen Management in a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen.
• Ability to track and effectively manage cost of goods and services.
• Track record of development of staff
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor, motivate, and guide a team to success.
• Direct the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Monitor quality standards for preparation, presentation, and sanitation.
• Partner with the General Manager on staff scheduling and labor control.
• Promote adherence to recipes and portion guidelines.
• Conduct regular food quality and presentation checks.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Uphold all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and health codes.

Frothy Monkey is hiring a Kitchen Manager for our Downtown Nashville, Tennesseelocation!

We are looking for a skilled leader with experience managing high-volume kitchens with 3 meal-parts. We use fresh, quality ingredients to prepare original food and drink, served in a cozy and approachable atmosphere. We focus on an exceptional breakfast-through-dinner experience for our guests, 7 days a week, 363 days a year.
