Casey’s in Bentonville, AR seeks a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, ensure food safety, and drive daily operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You will train and coach Team Members, manage inventory, and oversee prepared foods and beverages to boost guest experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Store Manager, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

What You’ll Do as a Kitchen Manager:

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $15.50-$17.80

Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factorsimpactingpay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
