Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality guest experiences and strong team performance. You will oversee HOH execution and provide clear direction to all HOH members in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of restaurant or kitchen management, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and sanitation, plus a passion for training and developing your team.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH) as Kitchen Manager, and provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Create legendary experiences for guests and team members through effective HOH management.
