The establishment features a small deli for taking your favorite meats, cheeses, and breads home, alongside a full bar that serves craft and macro beer, a curated wine list, and selected spirits. Nosh Kitchen & Tap also emphasizes non-alcoholic options and Stone Arch sodas, making it the ideal spot for a healthy lunch or a relaxing evening.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager located in Grand Chute, WI. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and cooking meet high standards. Responsibilities include managing food quality, overseeing inventory, and maintaining culinary practices. The Kitchen Manager will lead and train kitchen staff to deliver memorable dining experiences. This role involves interaction with customers and front-of-house staff, offering an enjoyable working environment in a new concept.

  • Help manage ingredient and cooked food inventory
  • Train staff and provide insights for kitchen improvements
  • Ensure safety standards for prep, storage, service, and cleaning are followed
  • Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, exuding good vibes
  • Work with food vendors to optimize quality and price
  • Contribute to menu features and edits once established

Qualifications
