Responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager include:

• Leading the kitchen team to ensure the preparation and serving of quality meals to students.
• Completing inventory checks and ordering supplies to ensure readiness for each shift.
• Ensuring food safety and kitchen safety standards are met.
• Collaborating with the Food Service Director to address staffing and customer feedback.

Qualifications for the Kitchen Manager:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (preferred).
• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, and food service software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients, and read instructions accurately.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work hours are Monday-Friday during the school year, allowing evenings, weekends, and holidays off.
