The Chick-fil-A Kitchen Manager has the overall responsibility for operations of the kitchen including food safety, financial management, restaurant maintenance, cost control & analysis, inventory management, team management and ensuring we provide superior service, quality products and service to our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Chick-fil-A mission, vision and values and ensures brand standards are executed.
- Controls food cost, by following inventory management systems, managing BOH labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Ensures excellent levels of customer service and properly handles guest complaints / concerns.
- Responsible for talent management, including but not limited to, staff selection, development, retention, and promotion.
- Motivates and inspires team members to achieve goals.
- Maintains compliance with all state, local and federal regulations, safety and food quality standards.

At least 2 years experience as a Kitchen Manager in the restaurant industry preferredServSafe CertifiedWorking Conditions
Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level, including delivery when needed.Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, iPads, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
