We are seeking a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner according to recipes and procedures. If you are passionate about scratch-made food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
  • Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety
  • Manage food ticket times for efficiency
  • Oversee Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Develop employees through feedback and training
  • Conduct inventory checks, taste tests, and safety procedures
  • Handle food storage, maintenance, and safety practices
  • Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Schedule staff and assign tasks
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participate in hiring processes
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values
