Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house foodservice operation inside one of our stores. You will build a high-performing team, deliver exceptional food quality, and drive results that directly impact the business.

The role requires 5+ years in food service or operations, 2+ years of leadership, strong inventory control, and the ability to coach and develop staff. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; you may serve as General Manager when needed.

• 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

Pay: $64,000 - $77,000 + 10% annual bonus opportunity

Pay Type: Salaried | Benefits Eligible

Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, weekends, and on‑call support as needed
