We’ve been practicing kaizen since 1992, when we opened our first doors in London’s Bloomsbury. We first opened our US restaurant in 2007 in Boston’s Faneuil Hall, 13 years later we have expanded to 5 sites across Boston and New York City. Now that we are well-settled into the cities of Boston and NYC our expansion across America has begun with sites in Tampa, FL and Arlington, VA! We are committed to developing a vibrant, successful business within the USA.
