Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House, oversee HOH execution and performance, and supervise all HOH team members to ensure edge-of-service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and a passion for training and developing their team. All backgrounds welcome.

Qualifications

• 2 years restaurant/bar/kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and oversee HOH performance.
• Supervise HOH team members and ensure quality execution.
