Buffalo Wild Wings in Mason City, IA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the heart-of-house operations, ensure safety and quality, and coach HOH team members.

You will oversee execution and performance, drive training, and maintain labor and sanitation standards to deliver great guest experiences. This role offers opportunities for advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) as the Kitchen Manager and oversee HOH execution and performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
