Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and performance, providing direction to all HOH team members. You will drive consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The role emphasizes people development, adherence to labor laws and safety standards, and ongoing training to grow the team. This position offers an engaging work environment with opportunities for advancement and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) management and provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Ensure execution and performance of HOH operations, upholding standards and driving continuous improvement.

YOU GOT THIS
