Workstream is hiring a Kitchen Manager in Glendale, Arizona. In this role, you'll lead back-of-house operations to ensure top-quality food, maintain safety standards, and support your team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry and current state-certified food and alcohol certifications. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager to help lead our back-of-house operations and ensure top-quality food every time. You’ll support the team, maintain safety standards, and drive efficiency while delivering a great guest experience.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
