Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced, energetic leader with a passion for culinary excellence and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant (generating $4M+ annually).
  • A proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams to success.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Expertise in managing food and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • A culinary degree (preferred but not required) with hands-on experience.

Your Role as Kitchen Manager:
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of back-of-house operations, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently while upholding the highest standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising Food Production: Guarantee that every dish meets our exceptional standards, from preparation to plating.
  • Ensuring Excellence: Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols for a clean, productive kitchen.
  • Streamlining Operations: Manage ticket times, improve workflows, and maximize productivity.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate back-of-house staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests, inspections, and inventory reviews to ensure consistency.
  • Cost Management: Monitor food and labor costs to hit financial targets while reducing waste.
  • Scheduling & Maintenance: Create efficient staff schedules and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit, onboard, and develop skilled back-of-house staff.
