THE KITCHEN MANAGER: The HEART of our operations. As the leader of the kitchen, KMs are the culinary experts responsible for maintaining optimal kitchen conditions. You will select and motivate an elite team of back-of-house employees and manage costs to ensure the financial success of the location.

Requirements:

  • 21+ years of age
  • 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing food costs and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Proven kitchen management experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a talented BOH team, including hiring and training.
  • Create a safe, sanitary, and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  • Implement and monitor safe food-handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to drive financial results and profitability.
