THE KITCHEN MANAGER: the HEART of our operations. As the leader of the kitchen, KMs are the culinary experts who ensure our kitchens operate smoothly. You will select and motivate an elite team of back-of-house employees and manage costs to ensure the financial success of the location.

  • You can handle high-volume days and work an average of 50 hours per week.
  • You enjoy launching new menu items and introducing them to guests.

Requirements:

  • 21+ years of age
  • 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing food costs and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Proven kitchen management experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead, hire, train, develop, and retain a talented BOH team.
  • Create a safe, sanitary, and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  • Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to drive financial results and profitability.
