Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the Heart-of-House operations and lead HOH team members to deliver consistent results.

You will manage execution, drive training, and ensure safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and alcohol service.
• Ability to train and develop team members and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations as Kitchen Manager.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Drive training and development to elevate performance and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and food-handling procedures.

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
