Culver's of Sheboygan - HWY 42 is seeking a Kitchen Leader to lead shifts, guide the team across front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen, and keep service, food quality, and daily routines on track in a hands-on role.

You will coach and support teammates to grow, uphold food safety, and model a positive, team-first attitude in a family-owned Culver’s environment with opportunities for training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
