Chipotle Mexican Grill in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking a Kitchen Leader to help prepare great food to order, train Crew, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked. You’ll ensure equipment is maintained and that safety guidelines are followed, while modeling teamwork and customer-focused service.

You will promote a positive work environment, develop Crew members into future leaders, and strive to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speaks, writes and understands the primary language of the work location.
• Holds a high school diploma.
• Has restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order; follow kitchen procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; address quality issues as they arise.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house Crew to maintain team dynamics.
• Develop Crew members toward future Kitchen Leader roles.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
