Via 313 Pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Austin, TX who leads by example, builds strong teams, and delivers an exceptional guest experience through quality and consistency. You will own Back of House operations, coach your staff, manage food cost, inventory, and execution, and drive a results-driven kitchen culture.

This role emphasizes leadership development, training, and accountability, with a pathway to grow within a signature pizza brand that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-service kitchen leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Back of House team members to foster a high-performing kitchen culture.
