Position Overview

As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to ensure daily goals are met, maximize guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to stay within budget and improve operations.
2. Communicate issues and solutions effectively with management.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
4. Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
5. Ensure clear verbal and written communication.
6. Coordinate with vendors and oversee deliveries and stock.
7. Assist in all kitchen operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service, provided through in-house training.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

• High mobility and flexibility.
• Ability to work irregular hours under stress during peak times.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver through spaces 30” wide.
• Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
