The Opportunity

As Kitchen Leader, you will learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for ensuring our food is delicious, ordering supplies, and training future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader maintains food quality and safety, ensures cleanliness and organization, manages equipment, and promotes teamwork to create a great customer experience. They are proactive in completing tasks and supporting their team.

What You’ll Do

• Follow Chipotle’s policies, ensure food quality, monitor waste and inventory
• Support team dynamics and develop crew members
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment
• Ensure safety guidelines are met
• Complete safety documentation and inventory rotation

What You’ll Bring

• Understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location
• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience
