Late Night Slice in Cincinnati is hiring a Kitchen Lead to oversee kitchen operations, food prep, staffing, and training. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain quality and efficiency during busy late-night service.

The role requires 18+, reliable transportation, passion for hospitality, and the ability to work late nights. You will train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a passion for hospitality.
• Must be able to work late nights.
• Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.
• Maintain a positive presence at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations including food prep, cooking and presentation.
• Train, supervise and schedule kitchen staff in coordination with GM.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen budgets including labor and food costs.
• Enforce kitchen policies and drive efficiency and productivity.
• Handle emergencies and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
