CRISP & GREEN is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. You will help prepare fresh, healthy ingredients and support the kitchen in daily operations to deliver great tasting meals.

Responsibilities include following recipes, prepping, ensuring clean stations, and communicating shortages to the Kitchen Manager. We value a positive attitude, 1 year back-of-house experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year back-of-house experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food daily in accordance with projected daily sales including special orders and events.
• Complete tasks and recipes with consistency and speed.
• Practice FIFO.
• Maintaining a clean environment – prep tables, hot line coolers, prep sinks, floors, walk‑in coolers, walls, storage areas
• Make food items following standardized recipes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager on any shortages.
