CRISP & GREEN in Albertville, MN is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support chefs and ensure fresh, healthy meals for guests. You will prep ingredients, follow recipes, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1-year back of house experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food daily in accordance with projected daily sales including special orders and events.
• Complete tasks and recipes with consistency and speed.
• Practice FIFO.
• Maintaining a clean environment – prep tables, hot line coolers, prep sinks, floors, walk-in coolers, walls, storage areas.
• Make food items following standardized recipes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager on any shortages.
