Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of prep or line cook experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist sous chefs in running the kitchen and operations.
• Ensure consistent dishes by following recipes and proper techniques.
