Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Westerville, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the assigned area within the Food Production Department.

You will ensure compliance with the Instruction Manual, GMPs, and SOPs, and train associates as needed to maintain safety and quality. The role requires leadership experience, the ability to motivate others, flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules, strong communication, and basic math skills.

• Previous leadership experience in a Production/Manufacturing setting.
• Motivated to achieve production goals and able to motivate others.
• Flexible and able to adapt to a changing production schedule.
• Positive self-starter, team oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Machine Setup and Operation Guide found in the Instructional Manual for assigned area.
• Train associates as outlined in the Work Instructions outlined in the Instruction Manual for assigned area.
• Ensure that associates leave and return from breaks and lunches on time, are dressed properly, follow GMPs, and do not have cell phones or personal items out.
• Move associates to different areas within the Food Production Department based on business needs.
• Familiarity with the product specs; contact Quality Assurance if a spec is incorrect or missing information.
• Maintain production quality and the labor standards for the assigned area.
• Follow procedures & SOPs for metal detection.
• Accept additional responsibilities assigned by Food Production Management.

• Maintain production quality and quantity and the labor standards for assigned area.
• Follow procedures & SOPs for metal detection.

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT :

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for the entire shift (8- hours)
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Walk, stand, stoop
• This position requires the ability to understand and follow policy and procedures of safety rules and regulations. Must be familiar with office equipment
