Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, backed by Renuity, is hiring remodeling helpers to join a growing Midwest team. You will show up daily, complete quality work, and help homeowners connect with the office for final payments.

Starting pay is $20/hour with growth as you learn. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid vacation, plus paid training and advancement opportunities. All tools are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at end of installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity,is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is hiring immediately for remodeling helpers. We are expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and East Coast and are looking for A-Team players to join the team! Mad City is ready pay you what you are worth based on your experience.

We are searching for individuals who have basic remodeling or general construction experience. The individual will be responsible for showing up to work each day, completing quality work, answering homeowner's questions about the install, and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.

Qualifications:
