Mad City Windows & Baths in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring remodeling helpers to contribute to year-round remodeling projects across the Midwest. You will show up daily, perform quality work, answer homeowner questions, and connect homeowners with the office to receive final payments.

The role offers competitive pay starting at $20/hour with growth, bonuses, health/dental/vision/disability coverage, paid training, and paid holidays. All tools are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to company standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
• Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat homeowners and property with respect.

Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is hiring immediately for remodeling helpers. We are expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and East Coast and are looking for A-Team players to join the team! Mad City is ready pay you what you are worth based on your experience.

We are searching for individuals who have basic remodeling or general construction experience. The individual will be responsible for showing up to work each day, completing quality work, answering homeowner's questions about the install, and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

The Main Duties Include

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
