Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Kitchen Installer to join our nationwide home improvement team. You will install kitchen remodeling products to our standards, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction at project close. Strong communication with homeowners and team members is essential.

We offer base hourly pay of $32.50, M-F schedule, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required to keep projects moving smoothly

Qualifications

• 2+ years remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to work with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
