Job summary

Hunterdon Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a dependable Dishwasher Aide to support our kitchen team in maintaining a sanitary food service environment for our residents. This full-time, on-site role involves washing dishes and maintaining clean dining areas, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, sinks, and storage spaces
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with facility guidelines
