Job summary

TGI Fridays in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support the kitchen and dining areas. You will ensure clean utensils, plateware and glassware are sanitized and readily available for service, while maintaining the dish machine and service areas throughout shifts.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work in a hot, damp environment, follow sanitation procedures, and communicate clearly with cooks and team members to sustain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation.
• Must follow handling and sanitation procedures to avoid breakage and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in hot, damp environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Guests and Team Members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment.
• Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
• Clean and sanitize service area and kitchen throughout shift.
• Complete assigned prep work and beautification duties.
• Troubleshoot dishwasher machine malfunctions.
