Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, carts, and equipment in the kitchen.
• Check in, unpack, and store dry goods and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain food storage areas and assist in cleaning food service areas.
• Keep kitchen temperatures under control with regular checks.
• Sweep and mop floors and maintain clean walls in kitchen/serving areas.
• Assist with buffet setups and special functions.
• Ensure resident relations are positive and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Follow housekeeping and sanitation protocols and dispose of refuse properly.
