Rite of Passage Brand in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Kitchen Helper (Part Time) at Les Peters Youth Academy. You will help maintain dining and prep areas, support meal service, and keep facilities sanitary in accordance with regulations.

The role offers part-time hours with hourly pay of $19 and a chance to contribute to youth care programs with a focus on cleanliness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the entire dining and preparation facility in a constant state of sanitary acceptance. This includes but is not limited to the kitchen, dining room, all storage areas, outside areas, refuse areas, garbage cans and all loading docks.
• Ensures that all areas are maintained in a sanitary condition that meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by Federal, State, local regulations.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining small wares and food preparation equipment.
• Reports any problems with equipment and/or necessary repairs or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.
• Ensures exceptional customer service is provided to all students, staff and guests.

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Kitchen Helper- Part Time at Les Peters Youth Academy at 3001 26th Ave. S, St. Petersburg, Florida 33712

Les Peters Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.

A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.

Pay: $19hour
