Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen helpers in all duties, including cleaning, sanitation, inventory of supplies, and safety standards. You will monitor floors, train staff, and ensure efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced casino environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in food service supervision, strong leadership, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Train and coach kitchen helpers.

Monitor kitchen areas and ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation standards. Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Train and coach kitchen helpers.
