Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a kitchen dishwasher to sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher. The role involves washing pots, pans, and trays and keeping kitchen floors tidy by sweeping and mopping.

Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces and equipment and proper waste disposal are essential responsibilities. Employment requires standing or walking for the shift and meeting licensing or certification requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of shift (physical stamina).
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
