Qualifications

• Familiarity with cooking or baking methods and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ability to understand and follow simple verbal or written directions.
• Care in handling, washing, drying and storing cooking equipment and glassware.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop and prepare vegetables and fruits as directed.
• Assemble diet trays and arrange food for service in dining areas.
• Operate or assist in cleaning dishes, kitchens and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas per supervisor instructions.
