Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
