Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a kitchen support role focused on dishwashing, sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.

Responsibilities include washing pots, pans, and trays, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of waste in designated areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
