Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Steward to sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware, and to wash pots, pans, and trays. The role includes sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and maintaining cleanliness of surfaces and equipment.

Disposal of waste into designated areas is required. Applicants should be able to stand for long shifts, maneuver up to 50 pounds, and obtain any necessary licenses or certifications. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
