Job summary

Stonefire Grill is seeking Heart of the House team members to prepare food items using the correct methods, ensuring taste, texture, quality, yield and appearance. You will keep area clean, follow safety guidelines and assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a starting wage up to $17.00 plus tip pool. Candidates should have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate in English or Spanish.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Proficient in English; basic Spanish reading beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items according to the production book.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and follows safety guidelines.
• Operates grill and sandwich preparation equipment safely.
• Labels and handles food to minimize waste and keeps the kitchen compliant with health standards.
