Job summary

Roseshire Gaming Parlor is seeking a Kitchen, Crew member responsible for food preparation, guest interactions, and cash handling in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, take payments, and assist with various kitchen tasks to ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role requires at least a HS diploma, 1–3 years of related experience, and Serv-Safe certification; a racing license is also required. Flexibility for long shifts, nights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification required.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, receive payments, and follow cashiering procedures to ensure accurate orders and a great guest experience.
• Set up cash drawer and cash handling processes before and during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in the dining area and kitchen.
• Prepare medium-complex hot and cold foods following recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed throughout service.
