Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to support meal preparation and daily reporting in our Texas facility operations. You will assist the manager with cooking, maintain sanitation, and follow safety standards to ensure quality meals for our customers.

Responsibilities include preparing menu items, recording transactions, proper food storage, and coordinating cleaning of equipment while adhering to uniform and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Food service certificate required or as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Maintain sanitation and kitchen safety and storage standards.
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment, including knives.
• Coordinate cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
