Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Bloomingdale, IL is hiring Kitchen Team Members for daytime shifts from 8am-4pm. You’ll be part of a fast-paced kitchen preparing house-made soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts daily on-site.

Eligible for growth with a defined career path, promotions and raises within the first year; enjoy staff meals and a positive, energetic environment as you build experience.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Ability to assist in prep and cooking tasks.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the dishwasher and kitchen stations.
• Be supportive and respectful to teammates.
