Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using appropriate cleaners for sanitation.
• Restock supplies like soap and towels.
• Walk or stand for the duration of a shift, possibly over 8 hours.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
