Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar is seeking a dedicated Expo team member to support both kitchen and service during peak periods. You will ensure correct food preparation and timely delivery to tables or the bar, while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities include knowing the menu well, clear communication with the Kitchen, accurate garnishing, and helping with restocking, opening, and closing tasks. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Clear communication with kitchen and service staff.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Basic math skills for handling orders and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu thoroughly.
• Coordinate checks with the Kitchen and garnish as per spec.
• Communicate errors or remakes of dishes efficiently.
• Ensure food from Expo is delivered quickly to tables or bar.
• Restock Expo area and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed per Coach request.
